Both editions of the game come complete with all the necessary components, including rule book, cards, game mat, shagai, and scorecards.

The standard edition has a fabric game mat and plastic/resin shagai; the deluxe edition has a hand-cut, hand-stencilled felt game mat, and authentic traditional bone shagai. Individual components are sold here so you can customize your set, or buy replacements.

UPDATE: our Mongolian supplier of bone shagai is having pandemic-related difficulties, and we don’t know when we will have bone shagai in stock. For the time being, then, the bone shagai cannot be ordered as a separate item, and the de luxe edition will include resin shagai rather than bone shagai, and as a result we are discounting $25 from the price.
